She has in excess of ten years experience in recruiting and managing large corporate accounts on infrastructure, service and SAP projects. Her experience includes consulting to various recruitment agencies focusing on business analysis, profit improvement projects and company restructuring. She is also the recipient of the prestigious Creating Leadership and Personal Capacity in Women award in 2007.
Leoni Viljoen

Leoni earned a Certificate in Cobol Programming, SAP Implementation and SAP Business One Development. She is Targeted Selection certified and an affiliate of APSO. Her background includes 6 years programming experience. She has also worked on SAP Business One Implementations and developed SAP Add on Products for ISB Global. With her strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills, she has a proven track record in building small company client databases, circulating newsletters and keeping the company brand visible. Her experience include marketing through social media (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn), internet, advertising and campaigns.
Tani Cloete

Tani holds a National Diploma in Police Administration with Human Resource Management as a major. She is also a SAP Business One certified consultant. Previous experience include the placement of professional, high level security and intelligence related vacancies for specialised task force units. Her 8 year period at Accenture include experience in Programming, Systems Analysis and Design, IT Project Management and Recruitment. She has more than 12 years experience in the Information Technology, Government, Supply Chain, Construction and Human Resource industries. Since joining Conscript, she has been specialising in recruitment for Telecommunications, Sales, Financial, Senior Management and International positions.

Tanya Grobler is a Qualified Assessor and she is registered as an affiliate member of APSO. She has more than ten years consulting experience in the recruitment industry and she specialises in Information and Communications Technology (ICT), Executive and International Placements. Tanya has gained valuable experience as an Internal Recruitment Specialists for a JSE listed subsidiary group and she is currently focuses in the contingency recruitment market. Accomplished in a variety of recruitment projects she has gained vast experience in various industry sectors and she is able to service clients across all industry sectors. Her specialist recruiting skills gives her the ability to provide her clients and candidates with a professional consulting service which is based on extensive experience and market knowledge.
